Ethical resisters are among those who take the ideology of their professions most seriously. The scientists, lawyers, physicians, engineers, and social workers whom we have studied were all socialized during their professional training to a high set of standards for appropriate behaviour. They had developed a strong commitment to upholding professional values that emphasize the significance of making decisions on the basis of their expertise and with primary responsibility to their constituents. |

Welcome to the Canadians for Accountability site. We are a new organization created by a group of grassroots whistleblowers and accountability activists. Our mission is to advance integrity and accountability and to help and advocate for whistleblowers in all parts of our society.

2011 AGMFollowing our AGM in June, we now have a new board of directors - with some old faces and some new faces, along with a new position: Managing Director.
